WHEN DO WE BOOK?  We recommend booking at least 2 - 3 months in advance, as we are often booked out in advance especially in the warmer months and would hate for you to miss out.

HOW DO WE SECURE MY BOOKING? A $200 non-refundable deposit is due via bank transfer at time of booking. The remainder is due 24 hours prior to our session.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?  If there are heavy rains or storms forecast during our session time, we will reschedule to a more suitable date. This will only be determined within 24 hours of our session as the weather forecast can change dramatically.

HOW DO WE CHOOSE A LOCATION?  There are so many stunning locations in Perth for a photoshoot. We have some beautiful locations displayed on our website in the location section. We do love exploring new location, so please let us know if you have something else in mind.

WHO CAN ATTEND MY SESSIONS? Above prices are for nuclear family only.  Additional $50 per additional person/child. (Nuclear family consists of one couple and their children).

WHAT IF WE ARE SICK?  If anyone in your family is sick, we will happily reschedule at no cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?  You will receive your image gallery up to 3 weeks after the shoot date.

DO I GET THE HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITALS? You will receive your private online gallery of water marked images within three weeks from photoshoot. You can choose your selected number of images by clicking on the heart.  Your selected high-resolution images will be uploaded to your gallery within one week of selection ready for download and printing.   If you love ALL your images so much, which we are sure you will, you can purchase the whole gallery of high resolution digital edited images for an additional $200.

DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING? As part of our editing process, we will do gentle retouching. However extensive retouching will incur an additional fee based in case-by-case scenario.

CAN I SHARE MY IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA? Yes! We just ask you not to crop, edit or add any filters to them as we have already. We will be super thankful if you either tag us or give us photo credit!
