We recognize the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all young people taking part in any activity associated with our organization.
In accordance with our child protection policy, we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children. As your child will be taking part in the event specified above, we would like to ask for your consent to take photographs/videos of the event or activity that may contain images of your child. It is likely that these images may be used as
- a record of the activity or the event to create a digital downloadable gallery to be shared with families involved.
- to create a class photo book to give to the Hale Year 3 Teachers
As the event will be held at the beach, each child must be accompanied by their parent. Each child’s parents are solely responsible for health and safety of their child during photography session You must comply with our reasonable instructions during your photography session, whether relating to health and safety or any other matter.
F & Q's
When will we receive the images? You will receive your image gallery up to 3 weeks after the shoot date.
Do we get the digital images? You will receive your private online gallery of high resolution digital images within three weeks from photoshoot. You will be able to download these high resolution images.
Can I share images on social media? Yes but please just your child. Be mindful some parents prefer not to share their child's photos. We just ask you not to crop, edit or add any filters to them as we have already. We will be super thankful if you either tag us or give us photo credit.
What should my child wear? Please wear solid pastel colours. Aim for creams, blues, khakis and greens. Please avoid logos, busy patterns, bight neon colours and blacks.
